Toronto Fighting Dream Invitational: AE Edition, Matchup 3

Toronto HQ was recently contacted by Jonathan "Jonathan Chan" Chan to reveal the next fight card for the AE invitational.

ItalDan

After some background research on Wikipedia, HQ leader Stephen "DarkDragon" Munro uncovered some disturbing facts about these two challengers:

• Blitzman_G is from Richmond Hill and represents the YRSF, a mysterious cult of fanatical gamers under the leadership of puppetmaster Hideyuki "STOP CALLING ME HIDE-E" Henderson
• BlitzMan was a Rufus player in SSFIV, and a Yun player in AE

• ItalDan is from Vaughan, and in a surprise twist, also represents the same organization as Blitzman.
• ItalDan has been a constant Akuma player, and his hero is Tokido
• ItalDan drinks the blood of small children to keep his powers

TorontoHQ decided to send it's top interviewer, Royal Commander Stephen "DarkDragon" Munro to interview the two challengers. This was his face when he learned he had to meet with the two.

Leaving the wasteland of Scarborough, The Munro travelled north to an unkown location on Dufferin Street, an acceptable midpoint between the two challengers.

The following interview has been transcribed word for word:

Munro: BlitzMan and ItalDan, I have summoned the both of you here today to discuss your upcoming match in the AE invitiational. What are your first thoughts about the match?

Blitz: Talking of best interviewers in the world, my second cousi...

Munro: Shut the fuck up

ItalDan: Blitzmans my boy, I supported him through Canada Cup, but when it's time to face the Italian Stallion, there is no mercy.

Munro: So you can confirm that the "Ital" in your name means Italian?

ItalDan: What the fuck?

Blitz: ItalDan is the best LOL! He should just take my place in the invitational! He'll body everyone free!

Munro: He's already in the invitational.... and playing you

Blitz: I think i'll do OK, but it's going to be hard since Akuma-Yun is 7-3 Akuma.

ItalDan: Woah, that's not true, it's a good matchup for Yun...

Blitz: I don't like the AE nerfs he's had, it makes him such a shitty character

Munro: This is the first SFIV game Yun has been in..

Blitz: Has anyone played the new Zelda? I like the part where he has a sword

When congratulating team getty on winning first, Blitzman told us it was nothing and one time, his friend’s father, whom he knew from kindergarten actually placed “zero” in a 1000 meter non-stop dash. The Father could not be contacted.

We had to cut the interview short because Paul apparently had a few shots of the kraken and was randomly slapping “soft b**ches” before passing out on the HQ bbq.

But for real, Paul did a fantastic job in making the wall/door and he even donated half the amount needed to make this project a reality.

At last, the final match has been decided.
Jack “Philosophical GENIUS” Liang vs Nick “The Kraken Gives me strength” Camilleri.
A lot of bad blood has surrounded these two distinguished gentlemen and now it is time for the gloves to come off.
TosfHQ had a brief interview with both players to reveal to the world how they felt about the upcoming civil war:

HQ: So Nickcam, what are your thoughts on the last matchup between White_r and yourself?
Nickcam: I don't believe this..When I heard who I was up against, I suddenly remembered what my father's last words to me

Fighting Dream Invitational @ A&C Games: Matchup Reveal 2

Once upon a time, there were two men. And they were friends. Then came Marvel, then came salt, then came hatred conquering all. To quote Nickam, the Fighting Dream Invitational is "Probably the saltiest tournament of all time." If this match were the ONLY match happening in the tournament, that would still be true.

For those of you who have not been reading the heated back and forth on the event's facebook page, we have recapped some of the highlights for your convenient perusal. This resulted from QuanDizzle throwing down a $20 entry challenge from each player, and Rae refusing to comply:

Construction @ HQ

HQ in the winter is cold, really cold. Even with our Dexter-like cover at old HQ, the cold slapped players harder than Rebelo’s Sentinel vs Killacam’s Dark Phoenix.
Thanks to Paul187, this is not the case anymore. HQ will be putting up a brand new wall with a double door setup. No more poorly insulated garage door that would let the warm out every time it’s opened.
